該設(shè)備是電機(jī)經(jīng)過(guò)蝸輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)減速后帶動(dòng)螺桿依正反向旋轉(zhuǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)閘門板(插板)作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，由行程開(kāi)關(guān)控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng);閘門板由托輥支承，并采用錐形口進(jìn)料，閘門門板不會(huì)被物料卡死、漏料，啟開(kāi)時(shí)也不致向外帶料，閘門板運(yùn)動(dòng)自如，阻力小。
The motor drives the screw to rotate in the forward and reverse directions after the worm gear is rotated and decelerated to realize the reciprocating motion of the gate plate(plug plate),and the motor rotation is controlled by the travel switch;The gate plate is supported by the idler and fed by the conical inlet.The gate plate will not be stuck or leaked by the materials,and will not be taken out when it is opened.The gate plate can move freely with small resistance.
